I have two adorable cats needing care. Lacy is extremely friendly, about 10 years old. Gemma is conflicted, very shy but needs lots of attention.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Basic responsibilities would be bringing in the mail daily, keeping few house plants watered, feeding fish in the pond and caring for the cats They have an automatic feeder, but need fresh water daily and litter box cleaned every couple of days. Lacy is somewhat indoor/outdoor, needs to be let out but can come in by herself. Must be home before dark.

What are the good features of the property and location

Great 1915 house, ground floor with 2 quiet apartments upstairs. Located within walking distance of everything - restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, rapid rail, and the popular Beltline, a walking/biking trail around the City. Quick and easy access to sights downtown, backs up to the Carter Presidential Library, Back screened porch for relaxing.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Need to respectful of upstairs tenants and keep the noise down. My son is nearby to answer any questions. Washer and Dryer in the basement.

Can I bring my own pets?
