What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Most importantly, taking care of three dogs, our home as well as minimal outside yard chores such as plant watering, and maintenance of humming bird feeders.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our 1915 farmhouse home is located in a quiet, peaceful valley, with good access to nearby towns of Clinton and Oak Ridge for shopping and other requirements.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Sitters will require their own transport, and will have to be active enough to take good care of our three dogs and our home.
