Penthouse pups in need of TLC and walks on shore of Lake Erie

About this assignment

We are looking for an individual or couple to take care of our home and 2 dogs, (mixed Maltases/Bichon and
a Havanese) Our dogs are healthy, well behaved

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Primary is taking care of the dogs, they need walked 3-4 times a day. Prefer they are taken to a park ( several within mile or two from home). They can be left alone for 8 hours as the longest. Our home is a condo on the 13th floor of a high rise. Consideration of quiet is necessary for the neighbors. Would like it to be kept clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home sits on the shore of Lake Erie, 11 miles from downtown Cleveland. It is modern, well equipped. has common areas of picnic area, gas grills, pool (weather permitting), balconies with view of lake, city and sunset. Easy access to freeway to explore diverse neighborhoods of Cleveland, Playhouse Square, Art Museum, Guardians and tremendous Metro park system. Cable and streaming is available.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Dogs must be walked and prefer they are taken to parks close by 3 times a day. The laundry here is a coin operated in the basement of the building. Parking is ample. Grocery shopping is 2 miles away.
You are on the 13th floor and 2 elevators are available.
