Cozy 3 bedroom in a small town by the sea

About this assignment

I'm hoping to find someone or a couple who will treat my home and pets as if they are their own and who will really enjoy a cozy winter stay in this sweet town with my lovely pets.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I have a 5 year old Bichon Frise, Loki, and 2 cats. Loki has a pretty easy schedule; we take one long walk a day (1-2 miles) but feel free to make it 2 shorter ones if you prefer. The cats are affectionate and very low maintenance. Make sure they have food, scoop the litter boxes

What are the good features of the property and location

It's a nice 2-story house, modern, nicely furnished, and cozy. The town is very safe and friendly. You can enjoy staying home by the fireplace, or take the train into Boston for the day. I'm a 5 minute walk to the center of town, with a grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, museum, a couple restaurants and bars, and shops, so you could live here and never have to leave! I have a handyman in case of house issues. It's really a special town; only 5000 people, a class quaint New England town. I'm less than a mile from Singing Beach, and there are great parks by the harbor that are even closer.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It will be winter! Some winters are mild, with temps mostly above freezing and little snow. Some have days or weeks below freezing and lots of snow! I have a very reliable snow plowing service, so no worries there.
