Responsible sitter/s, either single or couple to care for our pet and our home while we are away on holiday. Used to animals and previous experience essential.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Look after our elderly dog, water our house plants and garden, maintain our pool and the property in general keeping the house and garden clean and tidy.

What are the good features of the property and location

Outdoor pool. Extended enclosed garden to front and rear. Large open plan living room and kitchen. House also has five bedrooms, three bathroom plus downstairs cloakroom. The house is close to local amenities and close to public transport links that take you directly into Leeds, Harrogate, York and beyond.
Off road parking behind electric gates for multiple cars.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Their ability to care for an elderly dog. She only needs short walks but enjoys the company of people. She can be left for a few hours but prefer someone who would prefer to remain close to home or take her with you.
