Beautiful Home and Property Near The Historic Columbia Gorge

About this assignment

My wife Suzanne and I, along with Enzo, our Coton de Tulear live on Mt. Norway, just at the entrance to the Columbia River Gorge. WE love to travel, and when we do have an opportunity, Enzo enjoys having someone with him in his environment. He enjoys long walks down by the Columbia River and spending time with a friendly and well trained "friend".

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Our sitter will be responsible to care for Enzo and look over our property while we are away. We have, and will provide the names of vendors available if necessary, should anything be needed and we have several neighbors who can be contacted in an emergency.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home is situated on Mt Norway with beautiful views of Mt Hood and the Columbia Gorge and is easily within reach of various activities. Our home is very well equipped and furnished with everything you will need to consider our home to be your home during your stay. We have high speed internet, a media room, an exercise area, a gourmet kitchen and more for your enjoyment.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our home is equipped with a security system that must be turned on and off when leaving or returning to the property. We also have security cameras on the outside perimeter of the home that are active at all times. There are NO SECURITY CAMERS inside the home. Our home is in a very safe community of other homes, most of which have similar systems. We have a very responsible security service monitoring our alarm system and a very attentive local police and fire department should their services be required.
