Someone who can physically feed and water the barn animals. Enjoys cuddling dogs and cats. We have a pair of siamese cats that love cuddles and uppies. The dogs love cuddling and pets.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed the barn animals. In the warmer months we fill a large tub for water out in the paddock you only need to scoop and lay out feed. Dogs, and Cats need food, water, and cuddles. Feed the Beta fish and shrimps. Water the house plants. Because there is labor involved we will give compensations, depending on stay duration. We are open to negotiate fee, make us an offer.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our house sits on 5 acres, on a Mature Oak lined road. We have the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. We are Wifi equipped and only have security cameras outside. We a have T.V. in the living room with Apple, Prime Video, Disney+,and Netflix. Our property is just outside of town, about 5 minutes. We are close to grocery stores and restaurants. Grubhub and Doordash deliver to our address. We have an open plan kitchen, we have a gas grill and a cowboy style wood burning grill.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There are coyotes, and the neighbors who are also on 5 acres plots have a variety of animals ranging from Horses to turkeys. Trash day is every tuesday.
