I am looking for a responsible house sitter with references who is quiet, clean and caring for my small 13 yr old toy Maltese poodle. I am located downtown with all amenities closeby.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking care of my house and following house rules
Meeting all the needs of my pet. He Ian older dog so has veterinary diet and meds.

What are the good features of the property and location

My townhouse is downtown with all amenities (shopping, banks,restaurants, coffee shops etc… closeby).The house has 3 floors with a laundry and fully equipped kitchen and an outside deck.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Housesitters must be willing to commit to the care of my pet and communicate regularly with me. He/she must follow his diet restrictions and take him out for short walks at least twice a day.

Can I bring my own pets?
