House/Pet sitter for 3 weeks in Colorado Springs

About this assignment

I would like a person who treats other's homes as if they were their own. Someone who loves cats and dogs and would care for them as their own.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Daily feeding of the animals. Walking the dog and giving the pets lots of love. Changing litter box. Maintaining the house/living in it. Getting the mail. Watering the plants inside and outside.

What are the good features of the property and location

Single family home. Plenty of space for parking. Quiet neighborhood. Near many restaurants and breweries. Nothing in the Springs is very far. Good starting location for day hikes, bike riding, and sunshine.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is from May 30-June 21st. This could be slightly flexible if necessary. Making sure one dog and two cats are well cared for. Keeping the house in order, but feeling at home.
