Pretty French house in a gorgeous town close to all amenities

About this assignment

I would like someone who is happy to care for my two cats while I am away as well as maintaining the garden and keeping the house clean and tidy.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding the cats, along with providing them with love and company.

Cutting the grass and watering the plants.

Keeping the house clean and tidy and calling in local trades if there is a problem (all details of local people will be supplied).

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is within walking distance of local shops, bars, restaurants and leisure activities, including water sports on the river. You can bring your own paddle boards and canoes as they can be used in the river too. There is a local park which hosts music events during the summer months. The circuit du val de vienne is about 5 kms away and has a full programme of events throughout the year.
There is a nice size garden to relax in with a small plunge pool to cool off in during the summer months.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I am relocating back to the UK and need my house and cats cared for while I am settling back in therefore the dates are flexible and I would make sure I fully communicate with the house sitters about this.
