If you are having trouble printing, saving or downloading your House sitter welcome pack, it may be that there's something in the text that is causing the issue. It could be something hidden that you accidently pasted in from somewhere else, or an unsual/non standard character. The best thing to do is to contact us at support at help@mindmyhouse.com, and we can assist you.

Another solution is to paste your text in to the editor again, as plain text. To do this, select all of the words in the editor (Ctrl + A on a PC, or Cmd + A on a mac, or double+tap+hold on a mobile device). Then cut or copy the text. Then, in the editor, select the 'Edit' menu and select the 'Paste as text' option. Then try to save it again.

Failing that, you can start over by clicking on the 'Reset' button, to start over with a fresh template. Please note that this is the nuclear option, as you'll lose your text!
