Just perfect!
Mel and Shirley saved the day! We were looking for house sitters with very little advanced notice and were anxiously monitoring our emails... Until Mel and Shirley swooped in and saved our poor Fluffy from the kennel. We are so grateful to have met them, not only were they the perfect house sitters (in addition to being our heroes of the day) they also are really lovely people, we are so glad they could stay on a couple of days and we got to know them. Sucessful house sit in rural spain
Shirly and Mel sat for us for over 2 months.They are a lovely couple and are very outgoing and friendly. During the sit they cared for our little dog Gremlin ,who is very old,and our parrot Oscar really well. Additionally they carried out a lot of gardening and whilst they are not experts coped very well and left the garden clean and tidy and well maintained. The house was also well maintained and cleaned on our return.Overall Mel and Shirly are excellent House Sitters and can be thoroughly recommended

Lovely couple recommended
Mel and Shirley are friendly and arrived on time. We were able to keep their caravan secure and undercover. They in turn kept my animals well cared for and the house spotless. They also tidied the large enclosed garden by clearing up fallen leaves, in fact Shirley also kept the walking track through the woods tidy of fallen branches. That did make me laugh. Before and during the house sit they remained in contact by email, both of us exchanging photos. On our arrival home they kindly cooked us a lovely hot meal which was mist welcome. Thankyou both, I certainly recommend this couple for any future house sits.

Perfect house sitters.
Mel and Shirl are a delight: easy going and friendly, professional and caring. My two dogs were happy and calm when we arrived home, my house clean and tidy and a delicious meal was waiting for us.....what more could you ask? I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be keeping them updated with our plans, in the hope that they will return. In the meantime, happy travels Mel and Shirl!

Mel and Shirley get the paws up from the cats!
I highly recommend this lovely couple to come and look after your home and pets. They had an instant rapport with our three cats, who were hugely disappointed when they saw them leave after six weeks of purrfect pampering. They also took care of the house and garden as if it was their own and sent me lots of lovely pictures of how life was going at home. Our Fist time house-sitters.
Our first-time house and pet sitters.Well! You would have thought that they were old hands at it.They arrived in good time to get acquainted to our two dogs,which took no time at all,then familiarized themselves with the house and surroundings,and of course the veg patch.After this was all taken care of,it was time for dinner,and by the time that was all finished,we were "Old friends",so we had no hesitation in leaving them "to it"the following morning. We arrived back a few weeks later to find a very clean and tidy house and garden and a freshly watered veg patch,and we could tell that the two dogs had been well and truly pampered. We loved these two people so much that we have begged them to come again this year.We would not hesitate to recommend Mel and Shirley.
