Over the last few years I have traveled all over the world. My wife Inna and I were just married in April 2023. Since I have lived in Lower Michigan my entire life, My wife and I now wish to spend extended time during the winter in warm weather.

Why they want to house sit

We are avid users of Airbnb to discount our travel costs. Minding people's homes is even better. Since we get along with people wherever we go, and have been trustworthy in all cases, it's a win-win for all.

Their experience

We are just completing a 16 month period in which we have sat for 15 homeowners! Switzerland, Panama, Spain, San Diego area, Simi Valley, Delray Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and back home here in Michigan. We have always related well and held their trust. We have watched many types of pets. From a challenging African Grey Parrot to many medicated cats and dogs. We can do it all. Norwegian Forest Cats, Old Chihuahuas, Pugs, strong Boxers, and Russian Blues.
I have also done a WorkAway assignment which I really enjoyed in Morocco. I received a glowing review, which I can share.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are helpful and will follow all instructions given. We are non-smokers and non-partiers. I am a handyman and painter. Good with building and electrical work. Our respectful care of property and our natural love for animals have served us well in providing trusted care. I have had an orange male cat about 38 years of my life. My memorable 15 and then 16 year olds, and then the current 12 yr old (7 yrs with me). Animals generally sense my love. They will act as their caretaker/owner molds them to be.
