Another Great Couple of House Sitters and New Friends
Anita and Richard are a very poised and confident couple of new house sitters to the Mindmyhouse community. While we have always been blessed with a clean house upon our return from travels, Anita is the first to actually ask where the cleaning supplies were kept. Richard carries himself with a confident sir of competence, which was comforting. This was our first 'cold season' vacation/sitting assignment. While in Germany, my phone "lit up" at 1 am with an unexpected freeze warning for my hometown. Not having really prepped my house for freezing temperatures, I panicked a bit. When I called Anita and Richard, they were already on top of the situation and reassured me that everything was well in hand. I strongly recommend Anita and Richard Kummer for future house sitting assignments. Not only were our house, pool, pets, and plants well cared for, we were able to relax on our trip knowing that we had left the home in such competent hands,

Fabulous!
Anita and Richard took good care of our house and took the time to get to know our two goofy cats. They communicated clearly with us, and as often as we'd like. They are responsible house and cat sitters. They left the house near and clean for us when we returned, and the cats were relaxed and happy - not always true after we leave them with people, so greatly appreciated! We recommend them highly!
