My name is Chrissy Cook. I am an experienced pet and house sitter currently residing in Midcoast, Maine.

I AM interested in a long-term winter house and/or pet sitting position, preferably in the Southeast or the Southwest of the United States.

Why they want to house sit

I have always had a fondness for cats, probably because most of them are staunchly independent like I AM.

I love dogs, too and; I believe they are here on this Earth Plane to teach us what it means to be unconditionally loving.

I AM recently single after having ended an almost 6 year relationship. I look forward to the opportunity of spending a winter alone so that I can find myself again!

Their experience

About a decade ago, I assisted my friend Christine, who was a veterinary technician for over 30 years, in starting her own non-emergency pet care service when the vet she worked for decided to go into semi-retirement. On and off for about 6 or 7 years, I helped Christine in caring for dozens if not hundreds of furry and not so furry, four-legged and feathered friends. Most of my assignments were short and long-term pet and house sitting positions for which I have wonderful references.

What can they bring to the assignment

I have enjoyed each and every moment of all of the unique experiences I have had while getting to know the hearts and the personalities of so many incredible pets (and their humans, too). I look forward to getting to know you and your furry four-legged family members.
