About this sitter
I am pre-retired since Dec 22 and love spending the time gained with travelling. Pets are an absolute plus. I am living on my own with a 27 years old son graduated in Tourism Management living in Cologne.
I speak fluently German, English, French, Spanish and Dutch, currently studying Greek, no better way to practice languages than in foreign countries.
I am experienced in any houshold-matters, used to have cats for 30 years and a dog when living with my parents.
I am quite experienced in house- and pet-sitting (dogs and cats)
Why they want to house sit
I am looking forward to spend the heaps of time I gained with travelling and experiencing foreign countries or any not known part of Germany.
I love animals but I have none of my own due to my passion of being 'on the road'
I have been working in Tourism for 10 years but there is yet so much to see.
As I am attending a Greek course I would love to improve my knowledge in the country.
Their experience
I have been caring for a flat and pets in Barcelona for 5 weeks, in Alicante, Cyprus, Bilbao and Malaga, Crete, Epanomi and Mallorca. I always had my own house and pets.
As I have been working in service oriented branches I am used to communicate with people in all languages.

Heike petsat my cat Spätzle for 10 days in December. She adapted herself to my dates and needs (even though her flight dates didn´t quite match), arrived on time just like arranged, gave regular updates and didn´t even lose her good humour when the hot water boiler in my apartment broke on a Friday! Housesitting and petsitting
I had the pleasure to come across this lovely, reliable lady that looked after my two dogs. Despite one of them is a bit mischievous, Heike did a great job. Highly recommended sitter for your house and pets!

Great Pet/House sitter!!!
Heike has been a real gift! She took wonderful care of our pets and the house! She was always one phone call away and keen to send pictures, videos, or even do video calls. What else could you ask from a Pet sitter? When arriving home, we found everything in perfect condition! Our pets were well-fed and in good mood, and our house was clean a tidy. Do not hesitate to get in contact with Heike! You won’t regret it!
