About this sitter
Hello!! I'm Mei (50) originally from Wales but currently live in Spain. I've been travelling most of my life and lived in the Middle East, Thailand and Sri Lanka. I'm a free spirit nomad and work online so have the freedom and flexibility to work from anywhere. I'm a Spiritual Counsellor and TEFL English teacher, I'm a non-smoker, very active and love long walks exploring new places and meeting new people.
Why they want to house sit
When I travel I love to live like a local and immerse myself into the local community and love unique experiences. I love to embrace my passion for travelling and animals and lived on a farm most of my life and very familiar with dogs, cats, chickens and farm animals. I take care of them like my own and spend a lot of time at home so they will never be lonely.

What can they bring to the assignment
I am a quiet and responsible person who likes to spend time alone as well as getting to know people on my travels. I am responsible and treat people's homes as if it is my own and love to wake up early taking in the sunrise and watching the sunset whenever possible.
I love all kind of animals and have a special connection with them and they naturally drawn towards my kind and gentle nature. I feel a speical bond with animals and love a good walk or cuddling them...I tend to know what they want or don't want by tapping into my intuitive side!!
I'm very responsive with any preferred methods of communication giving regular updates and sending pictures.

Excellent house and pet sitter with a special connection to the animals
We were delighted by the experience of having Mei look after our house, dog and three cats for a week and a half. From the very beginning it was obvious that Mei is a very genuine and enthusiastic person. We spent a day together before leaving to get to know Mei and show her the daily routines of our animals and it was immediately clear that we had found the perfect choice of pet sitter! Mei is a lovely and trustworthy person who genuinely cares for and loves the animals she looks after. We got WhatsApp updates with lots of photos and videos twice daily, so we were always reassured that Mei was taking excellent care of the animals and that they were happy, healthy and spoiled with affection. Mei’s digital nomadic lifestyle meant she was always able to be with the animals. When we returned, the house was in great shape and Mei had even cooked a delicious meal for us as we got back home late in the evening. We can unreservedly recommend Mei as an excellent pet and house sitter and will certainly ask her to return to care for our animals again in the future. We feel very lucky to have found her and now count her as a friend and we all look forward to meeting again.

Delightful sitter
Mei was a pleasure to be around, very self-sufficient and organised which she was able to adapt around my little guys. I am sure they missed their super long walks along the paseo when I returned! Very interesting lady and definitely a keeper, would have her back anytime to look after my happy hounds!
