Hello. I'm currently going back to school online and will be seeking out quiet sanctuary and refuge from the rest of the world as I study. I am an engineer of several fields to include mechanical, aeronautics, and semiconductors; I am impressively self sufficient.
My hobbies are endless and all positively productive.
I live in the foothills of the Appalachians when I'm not traveling and manage my little farm - just a few chickens and a small garden at the moment.
I don't drink, smoke or use illicit substances.
Furthermore, I am kind, cheerful, and trustworthy.

Why they want to house sit

Adventure on a budget. Multitask - school and exploration!

My children are 7 and 8 and are with me every May - August each year. If needed I can arrange for them to join me during a home sitting stay but for now I seek Jan-May 2025, solo.

Their experience

I am experienced in living and working around the world. Once a home developer and remodeler, I still enjoy carpentry and home upgrades. I've recently finished a treehouse after three years, complete with a watertight roof, balcony, and wood burning stove; the lumber all solo felled/milled.

What can they bring to the assignment

Tranquility and peace of mind for the owner. I'm a fighter jet technician and semiconductor field engineer in my professional life, an aeronautics and space major in my academic life, and maintain a very happy personal life, all accommodating one another and fostering growth.

Furthermore, I am well versed in open communication, honest, and considerate.
