Young globetrotter couple experienced in cat and dogsitting

About this sitter

We are a young Hungarian couple loving to travel. Krisztina is an assistant professor of marketing and she does aerial yoga. András is an engineer with a startup mindset and going to the gym frequently. So generally we are open-minded, healthy lifestyle nonsmoking ppl, who love getting to know other countries and cultures - and pets. We used to have cats, but since we travel a lot, at the moment we cannot have any pets, but we take every opportunity for short term pet-sitting instead.
In a house sit we look for the opportunity to get to know countries and cultures "from inside" and experience what it is like to live somewhere. And also we love the "having a pet" experience too.

Why they want to house sit

We have always been globetrotters, but we prefer the non-hotel ways of traveling, since we prefer to get to know local people, the culture and the way others live. We think this is a much better way to get to know a culture and a country than going there for a few days of sightseeing.

Their experience

My brother and his fiancee have two dogs, who live in Sweden, so occasionally we fly over to sit them for a couple of weeks, when they go on holiday. Also occasionally I used to take care if my parents' cat, dog, lizards and tortoises, and their house if they are away on holiday for a couple of weeks or so.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are clean and organized, so you can ve sure you get your property back at least in the form you found it, but we can get really enthusiastic about cleaning, so if you have no problem with it, we can do even more ;) pets can expect some fun experience, we love to walk and play with them (brother's dog has hip problems so we transported her with elevator downstairs, but her overweight made things worse. After two weeks of walking and playing she lost some weight :D)
András as an engineer is good at pretty much fixing anything, so if you need help, he is always open for it :)
