Hi! I'm Selah, a local real estate agent. I have an obsession with the sanctuary we call home, a deep understanding of the special bond between a person & their pet, wanderlust for travel, appreciation for nature, and a love of my community & neighbors.
I experienced a lot of the world at a young age. Much of my childhood involved international travel including moving to China for 2 years at the age of just 10, leaving me with the ability to hold a casual conversation in Mandarin to this day.
When I was 15 I had the goal of becoming a Real Estate Agent and at age 19 I moved back to my hometown in WA state and achieved it, I am literally living the dream! I'm a total people person and love helping people both in the real estate world as well as home/pet sitting. Being a Realtor, I am entering people's homes all the time and that has instilled in me a special level of care and respect for people's homes and personal property. I am honored any time someone welcomes me into their home and I take it very seriously when I am entrusted with the security of their home.

A little about US!
My husband and I met in 2020 on a dating app, a year later we were engaged, and married that fall! When Marcus exited the Army after an extended contract, we felt like the possibilities were endless as a young married couple with no ties and flexible jobs. That's when we began house/pet sitting together as a couple and found that we thoroughly enjoyed it. We aren't in a place in life just yet to add our own pet to our family, but we love helping others care for their furry family members!
As a young married couple, my husband and I share a love for travel, allowing us to appreciate diverse environments and experiences. We are eager to bring our responsible and caring nature to your home, providing reliable house and pet sitting services while you're away. Why they want to house sit

As mentioned in our introduction, my husband and I have a love for travel and adventure! We are a young married couple with flexible jobs and this lifestyle of providing house/pet sitting services allows us the opportunity to roam and see the world. Myself, I have over 10 years experience house/pet sitting, my husband and I have jointly provided this service for the past 3+ years as a team and found that we work very well together. Like in any job, pet sitting is not an easy thing 100% of the time, but we have found that we love the challenge of the job and providing the level of care and service we would want in our home.

I, myself have over 10 years experience house+pet sitting, my husband and I have over 4 years experience working as a team providing house+pet sitting services. We have a deep passion for pet care, our experience extends from raising and training lively puppies to providing tender, specialized care for elderly pets with health concerns and unique routines. I also have experience living on a farm and can care for select small to medium farm animals and other unusual pets such as chickens, goats, sheep, pigs, bunnies, ponies, etc.

What can they bring to the assignment

Growing up surrounded by canine companions, I've developed an innate understanding of animal body language and psychology. These skills I've acquired has allowed for me to successfully care for up to 5 large dogs at once for an extended period of time.

My pet care expertise is backed by a strong connection to the veterinary world, as my best friend is on the verge of graduating from Vet school. This means I have a direct line for any special questions, day or night to get expert advice on your special fur baby as needed.
