About this sitter

My name is Jessica, I'm a caring and responsible woman from Canberra, Australia. I run my own boutique video production agency, and I also have a background in nursing, childcare, and nannying.

As I run my own business my hours are flexible and I spend most days working from home writing scripts and editing videos. I will have ample time to spend with your pet, taking them for walks, and giving them daily love and affection.

In a house sit I value good communication and trust between myself and the homeowner. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for your home and pets, and these are all things that I would be looking for myself. I would love to have someone to care for everyday and to keep company.

A little bit more about me. I have big dreams and I'm always chasing them. I love storytelling, learning about new people and exploring new places. My house is filled with books and things I've collected from my travels. The only thing I love more than watching movies on a rainy day is swimming in the ocean on a hot one. My sister's Labrador is the centre of our world. I was a dog mum to a Maltese-Shitzu I named Achilles from the ages of 16-30. I value my close friendships, and need a balance of adventure and peace in my life.

Why they want to house sit

I have been in the UK for the past 6 months travelling & building my business. I am focused on my work and this provides the perfect opportunity for that, while also allowing me to have some company and to give back. Animals bring me a lot of joy and pet sitting would be really valuable to me while I'm alone in a new country, looking to settle in peacefully.
