About this sitter
I live in Spokane, Wa with my husband. I am retired but always looking for something new to do. I have several hobbies but my main love is traveling. I have two grandchildren who live in Boise, Idaho and I usually am there monthly to visit. I enjoy painting, furniture making, hiking (currently training for my third Camino in Spain later this summer), cooking and jewelry making. Our family has always had dogs, our last one, Bear, lived to be 14 and passed 4 years ago. We travel so much now that I’ve decided to not get another dog until my traveling days are over.
Why they want to house sit
I love traveling and meeting new people. I consider myself to be an adventurous individual.

I have been married 38 years, raised 3 kids, taken care of a home and 3 dogs. I feel extremely fortunate in my life.

Wonderful pet/house sitter!
Beth stayed in our home for 2 weeks while on a trip abroad. She cared for our 2 dogs, fish tank, and pet lizard. We spoke on FaceTime a few times to get acquainted, and Beth arrived the night before we left to meet the pets and get settled. The dogs warmed up to her immediately and we knew we made the right choice. We checked in a few times while we were away and Beth was responsive and sent a few pics. We had no worries at all during our trip! And the best part is, when we got home we found our home even cleaner than we left it! Beth organized and left the house pristine, and left us freshly baked cookies on the table and a nice note. She also mowed the grass and tidied up the yard. She truly knocked it out of the park! Beth is warm, friendly, responsible, and great with animals. I can’t recommend her enough!
