About this sitter

Caleb and Emily both work remote in Finance. Caleb is an analyst, while Emily manages the operational side of things. They have collectively lived in Alabama, New Jersey, Indiana, Utah and Arizona. Caleb prefers the mountains, while Emily prefers the ocean, but they both love exploring. When asked "if you could have any job in the world, what would it be?" Caleb's response is Zookeeper, while Emily's is Professional Home Organizer. Our love for exploring new places, animals, and home operations led us to pursue housesitting!

Why they want to house sit

When you're away from your home and/or animal, it can be tough. We like that we can provide reliable care that people can count on so they can fully enjoy their trip while away. House sitting also provides us with unique experiences and the opportunity to explore new places like a local.

Their experience

We are both very experienced in all aspects of home upkeep, gardening, pet care, and more. Emily has extensive experience administering medicine to animals, both orally and through shots. Emily grew up with chickens and goats, while Caleb grew up with cats, dogs, reptiles, and squirrels, so you name it, we can care for it. Caleb also has a green thumb and enjoys taking care of plants.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are incredibly detail-oriented, thorough and respectful. Our philosophy when house or pet sitting is to provide the level of care we would hope for. I love to send daily pet photos and for extended house sitting, I am happy to provide a weekly update on the home, pictures of mail (outer envelope) received, etc. We're all about being prepared and communication, so prior to the sit I like to schedule a call or FaceTime to meet and answer a few questions.
