Hi, nice to meet you. Solo lady who likes to travel and visit new places. I love to look after cats and small pets, especially abroad.

I housesit both in the UK and Abroad, with a particular interest in the Americas, France and Spain and prefer longer sits. Airfares and travel to your property are obviously my responsibility, and when abroad it would be really helpful to have the use of a vehicle if at all possible.

I highly recommend we have a video chat or two before the sit to introduce ourselves to each other and to get a good understanding of your needs and desires for the house-sit.

Other than this, I really look forward to meeting you and looking after your home and animals really well, so you can enjoy a really stress free time away and comfy return home afterwards.

Why they want to house sit

I miss having pets (I now live in a pet-free apartment) and enjoy pet sitting to both 'borrow' cuddles with pets and to visit a new area.

Their experience

I have now been housesitting for 2 years and have over 12 sits around the world incl USA under my belt with brilliant reviews (on another site). (The reviews of my housesitting experience are attached to this profile in document form). Prior to this I worked in the last few years as a high-level House-Manager in 3 prestigious homes in the UK for the last 5 years. In 2 of these homes I was entirely responsible for caring for the pets on a daily basis and for the security of the property, managing problems as they arise, organising and dealing with workmen as necessary, driving owner prestigious vehicles and maintaining a secure presence whilst the owners were away.

In addition I have also kept my own home for 40 years and over the years have owned cats, dogs, small fur babies and chickens. I have lived alone now for over 20 years and refurbished several homes, so am adept at changing plugs/fuses/lightbulbs and maintaining the building or getting the right person in to sort out any bigger problems.
