Young International Couple Missing Their Pets At Home and Would Love To Look After Yours

Hi there :)
We are Grace (25, Australian) and Clara (27, German). We are a couple that met working in Australia and have now been together for over two years. Travelling and exploring are one of our favourite things to do together, as well as cuddling some furry babies, cooking new recipes and cozying up on the couch.

Our family and friends would describe us as caring, creative and easy going. Our latest project is making pressed flower candles, using wild flowers we collected on our daily walks in the forest.

Our previous work with young adults on the autism spectrum has fueled our passion for connecting and helping others. This extends to animals of course! Getting to take care of someone's beloved pet and staying in a cozy clean home, sounds like we've won the lottery.

Why they want to house sit

As we are new to The Netherlands and have lots to explore, house sitting suits our adventurous lifestyle. Whilst Clara will be studying her masters in positive psychology, Grace will be looking to fill her time with lots of animals and plenty of walks. It would honestly bring us so much joy. We have been travelling for a while and getting to pet sit brings us a little closer to home.

Their experience

YES! Grace grew up with many pets (a fish named rocket, a bird named franklin, a turtle named pipi, two mice named nibbles and crackers and my family dog Snickers). As you can tell, she is very good at naming animals. Clara has always wanted a pet, but due to her moms allergies was never allowed one :(. As soon as she was old enough she established herself as the neighborhoods finest pet sitter.

We have had lots of experiences house/pet sitting for our friends and families over the last 5 years and only recently branched out to the broader community. These gigs included looking after cats, dogs and keeping houses tidy and maintained.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are a quiet but active couple, who would love to include your pets into our steady routine. We value a clean and tidy living space, so you will find your home exactly how you left it.

We are more than happy to do some basic garden work and take care of any indoor plants. We will keep your pets and home safe and secure whilst giving them the company and love they deserve!
