About this sitter

We are Amber and Wei, from Australia and Singapore. We currently live in Singapore where we are involved in the areas of architecture and anthropology. We absolutely LOVE animals and plants and travel! We would be looking for assignments that are over one week in length and we are open to pretty much anywhere on planet earth.

Why they want to house sit

We have traveled a LOT in the past, and would like to do more - but we thought why not try something different where we can just be in the one place for a few weeks or so - really get to know an area for its local offerings, rather than breeze through as tourists all the time. We also just love animals and plants, so thought the housesitting idea could work well for us.

Their experience

While we have not yet done an actual house-sitting assignment for this site, we have looked after our friends' cats here in Singapore on several occasions. We have our own fur-baby who we absolutely adore and have used MindMyHouse sitters for her in the past. I have had cats all my life and several years of dog loving too. I am well versed in cat behaviour and am confident with dogs too.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are in the mid-life age bracket so we have a lot of life experience! We are responsible and trustworthy people who would take care of your home and animals as we would our own. We have had several house sitters for our fur-baby before, so we know what it's like to be on the other side of the equation.
