Responsible Retired Navy Couple

About this sitter

My husband and I are both retired Naval Officers. We are very responsible, reliable, neat and clean. We follow instructions very well and enjoy taking care of pets. We have had Global Entry/background checks completed in February 2020 (valid for 5 years). We both held Department of Defense Secret security clearances during our military (and also my spouse's civil service) employment.

Why they want to house sit

We love to travel and enjoy experiencing new places and trying out local cuisine. We are retired and have a very flexible schedule. We enjoy helping others.

Their experience

We take very good care of our own homes and have lived all over the country. We have a granddog that we look after and I also worked for a pet care business years ago.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are caring and detail-oriented people. Being experienced homeowners, we are observant and ready to take action on any issues that may arise (ie. water leaks, plumbing/electrical concerns). My husband is quite an experienced handyman.
