I am a very healthy 72 YO male. Born in London, England. Age 7 moved to Newcastle, Australia. From age 23 to 30 lived in Israel. From 30 to now I live in the US where I am now a citizen.

Why they want to house sit

All my life I have been an adventurer and traveler.

Their experience

I was fluent in Hebrew but now a little rusty. My Spanish is quite good as I have spent a good deal of time in Mexico for the last 35 years. The winter of 2023 I took 5 months to drive in my converted (by me) Ram Promaster van from Sun valley, ID where I currently live, through Mexico, Belize, Guatemala and El Salvador.
When in my early 20's I drove with my former bride from London to Israel via North Africa.
I also have sailing, kayaking and SUP surfing skills and experience...almost all trips planned by me and self supported.
My main career was as a stockbroker with Morgan Stanley but I have been retired from that for 25 years. Prior to that I worked as a welder and farmer and I have remodeled two of my homes.

What can they bring to the assignment

In addition to the previous mentioned experience I am a reliable and conscientious person and would take my duties seriously.
