About this sitter
Hello! I'm Amelie, an experienced and pet-loving sitter in my thirties from Oxford, England. I have always adored animals, having had many pets myself. Your much loved companions will be in good hands as I love all aspects of pet care - giving them cuddles and keeping them entertained, as well as grooming and walking them. I'm the type who can't walk down the street without petting a cat, and of course I spend more time talking to the dog than anyone else at parties.
I am a trustworthy, reliable person who understands how precious a home and pets are. I feel very privileged to have been given the trust to be a house-sitter many times, and I treat homes and gardens with the same respect and care I give my own.

I really enjoy the experience of meeting pets and owners all over the world and being immersed in new cultures and languages.

I have been a house-sitter many times in both the UK and abroad (Italy, Spain, France, Iceland) and I have additional references if you would like to request them. I have mostly carried out sits on my own as I work remotely, and on occasion I have also house-sat alongside my partner or a life-long childhood friend. We all have extensive experience, references and police checks.

Great cat sitters
We can highly recommend Amelie and Jonny as house and catsitters. They took really good care of our cats while we were away. They kept in touch and sent us pictures of how well our two cats doing. Our house was well taken care off and everything tidy when we returned. They were good in resolving issues that came up.

Good house and cat sitter
Amelie stayed at my place and took care of my cat for 2 weeks. Communication with her has been easy, she proved to be very kind and careful with everything and I felt very comfortable leaving Tik with her. Back home I found Tik healthy and happy, and the house in very good conditions. I would reccomend her!
