Why they want to house sit

Currently separating from my partner of 20 years and just need space to think.

Their experience

I have owned my own home for the last 30 years and know how to take care of plants, children and pets. I can do minor house repairs as well, but major plumbing and electrical need to be hired out. I am good at finding great prices on house projects. Current house was built in 1907 and am familiar with taking care of things that are older.

What can they bring to the assignment

Experience, calmness, excellent plant care, and am very good with most animals, especially cats.
