Mother and Daughter seek housesitting job

About this sitter

We are a British mother and daughter who have always loved exploring and soaking up cultures from all around the world. I (daughter) live in Paris whilst my mother lives in Wales, U.K where I grew up in a house by the sea full of animals.

We often travel together and have always enjoyed weekends and long-stays all over the globe. From an interrailing throughout France and Belgium, to a coach trip through the East Coast of the USA, we enjoy speaking with people and sharing stories wherever we go.

Why they want to house sit

My Mum has been working hard her whole life, and having housesit on numerous occasions with friends, I would love to show her how much of an experience housesitting can be.

It's such a privilege to travel with the comfort of home, and from experience, have found those offering their houses to be lovely people.

Their experience

Over the years, we've had a number of cats and dogs and they've always been a really important part of the family. I have also completed over ten housesitting assignments with friends in various parts of France.

What can they bring to the assignment

My Mum can bring the wisdom of age (!), myself the experience, and together the lessons we've learnt along the way via travelling. We're both tidy people and good communicators.

My Mum is also a very keen gardener and works miracles when it comes to bringing abandoned plants/house plants back to life!

I also speak French so if we're in France and there are any issues, it wouldn't be a problem.

PLEASE NOTE: Neither of us have a driving licence.
