About this sitter

I’m a 64 year young retired Grandmother of a budding motocross trail rider.
So it’s back to loving animals and spending my free time on the road seeing new places and playing house while I’m there.

Why they want to house sit

I started house/dog sitting over 2 years ago at the suggestion of a friend. I love to travel and see new places but I desperately miss the companionship of a pet (or even several) to snore on the foot of the bed, or wake me up with a smile or a meow ?
I enjoy spending time weeding a garden, sweeping a porch, watering orchids, filling bird feeders and sitting around with a cat on my lap and a dog at my feet. I’m pretty good at throwing a ball too?
Your home and your pet’s loving care is my priority ??

Their experience

Since I was a small child, pets have been members of our family. I grew up with horses, dogs of all breeds (from French poodles to coonhounds) we had cats, a parrot, a skunk and a squirrel monkey throughout the years. Even 2 pet pigs??
All were a wealth of experience to be gotten

What can they bring to the assignment

I was 23 when I first became a homeowner. My husband at the time and I built it almost entirely by ourselves.
I lived in that house with kids and dogs,cats, horses and sold it to the first buyers that came through the door. Because it was well cared for. They still live there since’02!
I have been a homeowner since 1983 and a landlord for many years in the early 2000.
Being single for almost 35 years, I’ve learned how to handle most of the things that come up without panic or damage ??
I’m sensible, capable and reliable. I’m proud of that.
