About this sitter

Hi! My name is Jill, I am from Belgium but I have had the privilege to call many other beautiful places on our planet home. I have studied to be a photographer & a yoga teacher & have worked many years in both professions. Currently I am still teaching yoga & I keep enjoying my love for photography mainly as a hobby. I am also studying to become a life coach.

I am a very calm person- people always say I bring peace & calm - & I love spending time outside in nature & amongst animals. Gardening & taking care of plants & flowers is one of my favorite things.
As is cooking & baking healthy meals & cakes. I am living
& enjoying a mainly vegan lifestyle since about 15 years.

I am a traveler & explorer & always like learning & discovering new things & places. I speak Dutch, English, French, German & Spanish.

I would love to give people peace of mind when they are away from home, knowing that their house & beloved pets are well taken care of. I am super organized & it feels like a privilege when someone
trusts me with their place therefore I would always treat
it with even more respect than my own.

For myself, I am looking for places that can offer me peace & quiet, away from common tourist accommodation, where I can spend time in nature but also find the right energy to read, write & study.

Why they want to house sit

I think house- & pet-sitting is a really nice way to experience a place as if you are actually living there. Also the house-owners mostly know the area they live in best, so they have amazing tips for exploring.
On top of that I love traveling by myself so the company of
a sweet pet is mostly very welcome!

Their experience

I have house- & pet-sitted for many friends & acquaintances before in different countries yet never through an agency or for people I didn't know before watching their house but I don't feel that's very different.

What can they bring to the assignment

As I said I am very calm & centered, so I will make sure people will leave their home with a good feeling. I am trustworthy & organized so I will make sure everything & everyone is well taken care of while the home owners are away. As for pets, animals & plants; I will give them all the love they need & surely will receive lots of love in return.
