About this sitter

I'm a Pacific NW animal lover with a work-from-home job and the desire to see more of the U.S. and world. I enjoy dogs and cats the most and have two rescue pets of my own at home. I enjoy walking, hiking, warm climates, artsy communities, great coffee, cooking and knitting marginally acceptable beginner things.

Having recently become somewhat of an empty nester, I am excited about spending occasional time in new places so that I can explore in my free time, meet new pets, and new people.

As a regular Airbnb and VRBO traveler, I am an old pro about being responsible and thoughtful when in someone else's home and will treat your home--and your fur babies-- as if they were my own.

Why they want to house sit

I have time to do so now that my daughter is in college in San Diego. I am excited about new adventures and meeting new people.

Their experience

I am an experienced pet owner (decades) and also have cared for/fostered dogs in the past. So, yes.
