Animal loving, excellent housesitter, retired active woman

About this sitter

I'm a Canadian woman retired after many years working behind the scenes in film and television and I'm looking mainly for cat sitting opportunities. I adore dogs and would consider sitting them but don't believe in leaving a dog along for longer than four hours so this tends to limit sight seeing opportunities. Cities are better for dog sitting since one can stuff a fair amount of sight-seeing in a few hours. I'm looking for clean, non-smoking houses, large or small.

Why they want to house sit

I see house and pet sitting as an excellent way to travel the world. Paying for accommodation is by far the most expensive part of any trip so having it provided along with the bonus of animal care and snuggling is very appealing to me. I'm terribly fussy about who looks after my cat and my house, so I get it:)

Their experience

Very experienced house sitting and looking after both cats and dogs. When I was younger and going back and forth to another city for university, I used to regularly house and cat sit, sometimes for up to a year!

What can they bring to the assignment

I can bring a lot of love to your animal and I will always leave your home better than I found it.
