Me and my partner are 35 and have always dreamed of traveling the world together. We both adore animals and can’t think of a better way to see the world than to make animal friends along the way. I love travelling and have been abroad to New Zealand, Bali, Europe and would love to see even more while doing what I love. We specially enjoy a beautiful view and to explore the area's culture.

Why they want to house sit

We have always dreamed of traveling the world together. We both adore animals and can’t think of a better way to see the world than to make animal friends along the way. I love meeting new people and caring for all different new animals. This will also be a great way for me to gain even experience Pet/House Sitting and especially abroad and will be something exciting to experience.

Their experience

I ran my own pet sitting and dog walking company for 7 years but now, specialising in cats: Gem’s Cats on Facebook. Do check me out for more info.
My partner is an experienced Delivery Driver and is now working in haulage transporting all sorts in the UK and Europe. And of course helps me out with Pet Sitting/House sitting as and when he’s free.
We have two lovely cats together but have care for them when we’re away.
I have over 20 years experience working with animal: exotics, fish, farm animals, dogs, birds, rodents etc and used to go horse riding as a girl.
I have worked in roles such as: Zoo Keeper Assistant, Professional Dog Walker and Pet Sitter, Falconer, Cattery Assistant, Vet Nurse Assistant and Animal Technician. And other roles which include housekeeping and maintenance roles : Pest Control Technician, Housekeeper/Cleaner, Wait and Bar Staff, Dental Nurse Assistant.

Some of my qualifications include: Animal/Pet First Aid, Feline, Tellington TTouch Massage, ND in Animal Management, A Level 2 and 3 in Animal Science , various Canine Behaviour and Training courses, Certified Professional Pet Sitting Course, Level 2 in Small Animal Care.

I'm super proud to say I've looked after just over 135 customer cats and 240 dogs with a 5 star review rating.

I love to help the community so have ran my own Community Project Fundraiser for a Dog Park back in Cambridgeshire, as well as raising money for a Canine Cancer Charity, which drove my passion for helping people and animals alike.

I was raised on a small holding where we had chickens, ducks and rabbits and had our own vegetable patch. And there was always plenty of wildlife such as deer, foxes, badgers, stouts, birds of prey and countryside walks which I loved. Going to an Agricultural college also gave me an insight to working with Farmers and Gamekeepers.

We will look after and care for your pets and home as if it were our own. We'll give up photo and video updates every day and keep you informed on even the littlest of concerns.
