About this sitter

I'm an early retiree with 21+years as a zoo keeper. Currently, I am only available for sitter jobs in the St. Louis (Missouri) Metro region but I hope this changes soon to the United States entire.

Why they want to house sit

Currently I'm only available in the St. Louis Metro area but eventually I would love to travel more for bird watching and also to visit National Parks. I hope to see more of the U.S. by house sitting, in all seasons, while continuing to scratch my animal care "itch" in my retirement. I'm sure your pets will love me!

Their experience

Though the bulk of my career was spent with birds, I do have experience with a wide array of animal groups. I can house sit for dogs, cats, birds (including chickens, of course), freshwater and saltwater fish, non-venomous reptiles, amphibians, small mammals, and even have experience with insects and arachnids. Early in my zoo career I also took care of sheep, goats, llamas and cattle.
