We are retired professionals desirous of visiting beautiful places of interest and living like a local to learn more about the history, agriculture, beauty, nature, food and people. Why they want to house sit

It’s a cost effective way to achieve our goals. Staying in a private home and tending pets and plants is the way we live at home and a comfortable transition for long term stays. Venturing into a new territory provides insight and understanding of the culture, geographic attributes and people and that’s just what we want to do when away from home.

Suzanne managed (US) west coast resort properties with 200+ rooms and 60 to 120 (seasonal) employees for 15 years before becoming a trained chef, entrepreneur and restauranteur.
