A large 3 bedroomed house, all up to date amenities in kitchen, TV with Netflix, and good Internet, nice and comfortable, near small town of Chef Boutonne,where you have supermarkets,banks,hairdressers, restaurants and bars, pharmacy's.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

A car is needed or a cycle for the shops,5mins by car.
A long housesit,
Must be cat lovers.
