Looking for a SINGLE person who can do a meet n greet in advance Character home (detached) no sharing. 1 sweet medium sized dog who is easy to care for. What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed Buddy twice a day and walk 1 or 2 times per day (short walks of 15 mins or so) He also gets a pee before bed. He is used to being with me most of the time, (as I work from home) so prefer someone who will be around with him during the day and night. He can't be left alone more than 6 hours or so.

What are the good features of the property and location

My Place is a cozy detached older character home with a fenced backyard and big king bed. It is within walking distance to shops and groceries.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The house has stairs. There might be a bit of snow shoveling if it snows. A car is helpful since Red Deer is 30 min drive and Edmonton is 60 min drive.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: A small dog well behaved might be considered. No large dogs and no cats.
