Looking for pet / house sitter for Sept 2025 in Costa Rica

Hello,
I am looking for a house sitter for around a month who can stay at my guesthouse while I will go to France, Sept 2025.
I have 4 loving dogs and a cat that need loving care and you need to be there for them, they are easy going, love to go on a hike with you, or just hang out. Coco , the biggest dog does need a bit of discipline , a firm comment and a strong voice will do, he has to know that he is not the boss, other that that he still thinks he is a lapdog!the other three dogs are easy going and all are very sweet.
Single person who does not mind being on her/his own.
I am looking for someone responsible, honest and who can live in an isolated place. We have internet ( I would like regular updates on my dogs) satellite tv, a gym, two pools etc
We live right next to a Corcovado Park entrance, so there are lots of trails, rivers to hike in.There is not much social life around here so nature lovers this is the place for you! Great birdwatching too.
But remember it is in the middle of nowhere and you need to like being on your own ! There is a collective bus going to Puerto Jimenez, the nearest town and beach, three times a day.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The house sitter needs to keep the place clean and check out my other house every other day, plus you will have the use of the two refreshing pools, if you want. You will need to take care of my 3 dogs and 1 cat, who need to be fed twice a day , play with them, love them and they will love you.
Doing some gardening, raking etc and small repairs if needed.

What are the good features of the property and location

We are a nature lover's paradise, right next to Corcovado National Park. There are plenty of hikes and rivers with natural pools and waterfalls here. It is great for birdwatching or just listening to the sounds of the jungle.
My animals are very sweet and are used to be petted and loved a lot.They love to go on a hike and will even guide you.They also go on walks by themself and come back after a while.They aer used to a pretty free lifestyle.

This is simple living, right next to the jungle and you can have the use of my pools ( which you would have to maintain ) go on hikes, do a lot of yoga and meditation etc. We are in a village so you can also go to the community center and meet other people .

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is not a place for socialites or party animals......there are no other activities but nature here, you have to be able to entertain yourself. We are in a small village with one pulparia (small shops),two sodas (small restaurant) a football field, basketball court...
You can choose to stay at the little pool house or a cabina. We have internet and satellite tv.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
