Looking for a dog sitter

About this assignment

My husband and I we will travel overseas for about 2 weeks in July, and we are looking to find someone to stay in our house while we are gone.
The house is a single story with a nice backyard situated in a very safe location. Walking trail is close by, and plenty of restaurants and stores if you like to shop. We are located 30 minutes away from San Francisco Bay Area, CA, close to San Jose and Oakland. We have 4 dogs, one German shepherd, and 3 poodles. They are very mellow dogs very friendly, trained and easy to take care of.
We are looking for a responsible, private and honest dog sitter. Essentially, the assignments would be to live in our house, feed the dogs, bring in the mail and every night to sleep in the house. Is not required to walk the dogs. Also, the dogs use the dogy door to potty outside. The small dogs are feed with the same food (the small ones), and the German shepherd uses the big bite dry food. No health issues.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding the dogs twice a day, sleeping in the house every night, checking the mail and twice a week watering the plants. No need to walk my dogs.

Walking trail is minutes away from the house, plenty of stores and restaurants in this area. The house is a single story without any steps. Safe neighborhood.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are asking to provide a criminal background check , non smoker preferred and we are hoping to find someone who really loves dogs. We prefer one single person for this assignment.
