What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To feed our cats twice a day, give them a brush and a cuddle if they want. Water our plants a little and give us regular updates. Our house will be clean when we leave so you will just have to tidy up after yourselves.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a terraced house with a garden, you can sleep in our large loft room with your own bathroom. We have fast broadband and a virgin TV package. If you need to stay a little longer before your next assignment we still have space after we return. Our quiet friendly street has free parking and helpful neighbours should you need them. 15 minutes walk to the Northern line, and you can be in central London in 30 ish mins. There are also lots of buses. We have a park just around the corner and all the supermarkets, take aways and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a large Vue cinema.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We want someone who will sleep in our house every night, working from home is perfect but not essential. Be happy to give our cats attention if they want it let them share your space. We are essentially a vegetarian house hold so would appreciate your care and consideration if cooking meat when using our pans and cooker.
