About this assignment
Gargouille, my black and white cat, is free to go in and out the house. Skippy, its son, is a 4 years old cat ! They like clean and respectful people, who can care of them and don't do lot of noise and also who sometimes stay home with them.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
You'll have to take care with Gargouille and Skippy, give them food 2 times a day, and water.!! May be they will sleep with you!
I ask you to be carreful in the use of heating
What are the good features of the property and location
My house is 10 min walking from the centre town. It is quiet place with 2 levels, and a small garden.
First level: kitchen, living room and diner room
Second level: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
You will have a bike if you want to go to the big and nice park (with lake, restaurant, many path) which is close to the town (2kms) or to bike around.
The quartier is quiet, also neighbours, close to the town and markets. Birds sings in the garden, and cats walk on roofs.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Loving small city, nature around, quiet place, and proximity of many possibilities:
Dordogne is full of treasures: castels, gardens, caves. In summer there are usually many animations in town...this year is a particular summer as everywhere!
Can I bring my own pets?

Cat & home sit, Bergerac, Summer 2018
Neve', a beautiful white cat, was so easy to care for and a joy to be around. Thierry's home is conveniently located on a very quiet street and close to bakery, shopping, and more, and just a short walk to the center of town with SO much to do. We had plenty of room to spend the two week stay last summer with all necessities: clothes washer, full kitchen, parking, television, wifi. Thierry was very easy to get along with and we have continued our contact as friends since our stay!
