Horse care on 4 acres 10 miles from the beach

About this assignment

Take care of two senior horses on 4 acres July and August when I am traveling. Non smoking, clean and tidy, fit and healthy, reliable, experienced with horses. This position starts June 30. Responsible to pick fields daily , clean stall and supplement grass with hay as needed

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

. Keep the house,stall and fields clean. Enjoy a beautiful house in a beautiful location an ideal summer location. Horses do not need turnout…they have an open stall.

What are the good features of the property and location

Beautiful idyllic small farm ten miles from the Delaware bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the adjacent tourist towns, Lewes and Rehoboth. Retail and service jobs are plentiful.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

No smoking. You need to have a car. This arrangement can be extended in a cottage on the property if you’re interested.

Can I bring my own pets?
