No 1 are the cats,its their house and they have their habits like us,
need to be feeded twice a day and looked after because they are often outdoors(have their cat door) but show all at the feeding times

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is in a quiet residential area,very good located 5 min to town center 10 min to the nice Jomptien beach,public transport in walking distance available

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Reliabel,cat lovers of course and enough experience with animals having references helps as well.Accepting the house sitter contract(you will need it for Immigration office here also)
