What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding the dog and chickens.
Letting us know if anything goes wrong in the house in our absence and helping us get it fixed if needed.
Keeping things tidy.
As we have a new puppy (born in August-2024) we prefer house sitters that will not be out and about too much, and will give her lots of attention.

What are the good features of the property and location

Beautiful extensive property on the Loir river.
Peaceful and quiet but walking distance to the village.
Bicycles also available.
Good internet.
Ours is a good vibe home and the dog Vega is the sweetest thing.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Do you mind being isolated.
Helpful if you speak a minimum of french but not mandatory.
We would offer you a spacious bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
This is a great place for someone who likes the outdoors and the countryside.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: If they are well behaved and would be limited to 3 ground floor spaces.
