Searching a person or a couple

About this assignment

We are an Italian-Russian family that for business reasons have to travel. For this we're looking for a dynamic, tidy, responsible and serious person or couple who wants to pass some time in the heart of capital of Panama and could replace us, stay behind the apartment and small dog in our absence.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Simply become owners of our spacious apartment for this term:) Maintain the house clean & enjoy your vacation :) Simply become an another family member. I have some potted plants to irrigate.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our 4 bedroom apartment with large living room and spectacular terrace of 110m2, is located in the heart of Panama city, but in the super quiet and FRESH area, where you don't need air conditioning ??. Close to absolutely all amenities, 10 minutes walk to the metro and bus station. 15 minutes walking to Cinta Costera, where you can run or walk along the sea and enjoy the beautiful views. In the photo you can see a daughter's room.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The dates I've published are only the period during which we will trip for 3 maximum 12 weeks. So we will decide with you together. We are flexible with dates, so we can agree with you on the exact date and duration. Simply become owners of our spacious apartment and our puppy for this term :)

Can I bring my own pets?
