Someone who is practical, reliable and loves animals. Safety of our animals and home is paramount, so we want responsible parties with a track records of respect and safety.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We are seeking someone who can feed, water and love our pets, walk the dog in the neighborhood, some watering of the garden and leave the house as clean as they find it.

What are the good features of the property and location

Located near busline in southcentral Denver with easy route to Denver Art Museum and Denver Botanic Gardens. Rocky Mountain National Park is a good day trip, as is Fair Play/South Park and other mountain communities. Our home is small and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood of tree lined streets. Washington Park is nearby.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Please, no parties, drinking or smoking inside our home.
We have a patio that allows for smoking if necessary.
We are a quiet neighborhood and respect for neighbors is important
