About this assignment

I am looking for someone who can take care of Roberto, my dog, while I am away. Someone responsible who like dogs, careful and trustful.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Roberto will stay with you, and he likes to go out to the park. There are 2 big parks next to the apartment: the old Berlin airport "Tempelhoffer feld" and the Hasenheide park. Normally you should take Roberto in the mornings, for a aprox 1h. round, and in the afternoon for another similar round. At night a short pipi-round around the neighbourhood. In the apartment there are also some plants, which need to be watered once a week.

What are the good features of the property and location

The apartment is an attic (5th floor, no elevator) with a big terrace in the centre of Berlin. It is located in Neukolln, in Schillerkiez, one of the most lively neighbourhoods currently in the city. It is also located next to 2 very big parks, perfect for the dog walks.
The apartment is perfect for 1 person or a couple (76m2) fully equipped. There are plenty of bars, cafes, supermarkets and cinemas around. Also, the metro station is 2 min walking.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Roberto is a friendly dog outside, both with people and other dogs. However, he is a bit territorial, so he barks when he is at home and someone new come. You will have to be cautious with your visits, or let Roberto stay in another room.
